ਟਾਵਾਂ ਟਾਵਾਂ ਫਰਜ਼ ਨਿਬਾਇਆ ਤੂੰ ਤਾ ਆਪਣੇ ਵਲੋਂ
ਤੇਰੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਦੁੱਖ ਹੰਢਾਵਾਂ ਵੇਖ ਤੂੰ ਜੇਰਾ ਜੀਵਨ ਸਾਥੀ !

ਮਲ੍ਹਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਬੇਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਇਥੇ ਸਾਰ ਕੌਣ ਹੈ ਲੈਂਦਾ
ਕਾਲੀ ਰਾਤ ਨੂੰ ਧੱਕਾ ਮਾਰੇ ਸਵੇਰਾ ਜੀਵਨ  ਸਾਥੀ  !

ਮੇਰੇ ਦਰਦਾਂ ਦੇ ਵੀ ਮੂੰਹ ਨੇ ਮੁੱਖੋਂ ਕੁਜ ਨਾ ਬੋਲਣ ਏ
ਪੀੜਾਂ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਭਰਿਆ ਤਾ ਹੀ ਬਨੇਰਾ ਜੀਵਨ ਸਾਥੀ  !

ਉਤੋਂ ਹੋਰ ਤੇ ਵਿੱਚੋ ਹੋਰ ਤੂੰ ਆਖੇ ਦਿਲ ਦਾ ਸਾਈਂ ਮੇਰਾ
ਤਾਨੇ ਤੇਰੇ ਪਾਉਣ ਰੋਜਾਨਾ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਘੇਰਾ ਜੀਵਨ   ਸਾਥੀ  !

ਕਾਲੀ ਰਾਤ ਆਏ ਮੇਰੇ ਹਿਸੇ ਮੈਂ ਤਾ ਏ ਅਰਦਾਸ ਕਰਾਂ
ਤੇਰੀ ਝੋਲੀ ਪੈ ਜਾਵੇ ਇਕ ਸੁਰਖ ਸਵੇਰਾ ਜੀਵਨ  ਸਾਥੀ  !

ਜਿਹਦੇ ਲਈ ਪਰਾਏ ਕੀਤੇ ਸਾਹ ਵੀ ਆਪਣੇ ਅੱਜ (ਦਰਦੀ) ਨੇ
ਉਹ ਮੇਰੇ ਹੱਕ ਵਿਚ ਨਾ ਬੋਲਿਆ ਕਦੇ  ਮੇਰਾ ਜੀਵਨ ਸਾਥੀ !
